Do you guys feel that the petitioner is using diversionary tactics to stall the admission process?

Can some tell me what is the cutoff marks for this year entrace exam?

What kind of a solution are the petitioners suggesting to the court? Also the guy who filed the petition has quite low marks(around 104-105 that's what he said when the results were declared), then why is he fighting so hard? Apparently, he had scored very low marks in CAT(not sure about the source). Sometimes the reality is harsh but you got to accept the fact that it is not easy for everyone to make the cut.
