The role offered to me has been nothing less than a rewarding experience. Despite virtual internship, the organization left no stone unturned for a smooth onboarding. The internship has given me hands-on experience in understanding customer satisfaction and service excellence from a 360-degree viewpoint. The blend of process improvement and quality assurance with financial services along with customer-centricity is completely a novel experience for me. It feels great from seeking guidance and reassurance to gradually shifting to independent handling of issues. During my internship, I am witnessing a pretty steep learning curve and there is an exponential improvement in my skills.

Even in these challenging and uncertain times; there was a seamless onboarding process. My mentors made considerable efforts to understand what I was interested in and what were the projects that I could best contribute to. I understood and designed new GTM strategies, visibility campaigns, and packaging for Four Square cigarettes. I always felt at ease while working with the team and they ensured that I do not miss out on any learning in this online mode by including me in various team meets. The experience so far has been impeccable and thoroughly enriching.

My experience working with Reliance Retail so far has been nothing short of exceptional. Even in these uncertain times, the HR team ensured a smooth virtual onboarding. As soon as I joined the organization, I almost immediately felt like I was the part of the team. Reliance Retail fosters an environment where I am encouraged to take ownership and have the freedom to work on my project. At the same time I never felt unsupported by my mentors. I feel grateful to have experienced the employee friendly culture at Reliance Retail.
