We have Neeraj Tulsani from MBA Batch of 2020-22, sharing his reasons for why he was enthralled by the academic curriculum of the institute that made him choose IIM Kashipur. The learning that comes from experiences formulates and makes an edge for better understanding and wisdom. It has been one year in IIM Kashipur, and it has transformed me into a visionary leader. The courses are designed in a way that requires critical thinking and unique strategies. Moreover, the new structure also takes into account one of the missions of IIM Kashipur- to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship. IIM Kashipur is entirely a student-run campus and that in addition to the academic rigor and takes the learning beyond the classrooms. Moving beyond theory to the realm of โlearning by doingโ accelerates my personality and provides me with a demonstrated mindset.

Interning with one of the largest Indian multinational Pharmaceutical company has been an opportunity of a lifetime. My project at Sun Pharma lies in the credit risk domain and right from day one, I have received an excellent support from my mentor. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, there was no compromise in the smooth onboarding and training process. The mentors and team are always available and ensure that everyone is at ease. The projects given revolve around real life problems where your effective solution will have an actual impact. My experience till date has certainly enhanced my understanding and I am looking forward to learning and contributing to the organization.
