I have got a mail from the IIM L AO stating that my payment UTR no is not matching with their bank statement, but the amount has been deducted from my account and i ve also received a message that this amount has been credited to the beneficiary. I ve checked the UTR no as well . How to resolve this problem?? Need help urgently

When i get a reply for my RTI what would be the maximum rank for a general category student to get admiison for PGP IIM Luknow based on last year movements ?
I have to finalize my company exit based on that, it would be really helpfull if I can get this information.
Where are these subsequent lists displayed? Do we get an email or do we have to check on their website? I checked there actually but couldn't find anything related the subsequent lists.
