To those who have converted IIM-L, congrats you deserved it! I hope some of you make it into ad-com/outreach clubs etc. I haven't converted the call and I don't hope to do so in the subsequent lists.
The whole IIM-L process has been agonising to say the least. In the 24 year of my life in this planet I have faced many failures but none of them was as painful.
First, it was the long wait before the results. The apathetic attitude of AO. Secondly, I believe I was not the only one who typed in the details countless time rechecking the digits, the dots and underscores in the email address and desperately wishing that I might have typed the captcha erroneously.
I ask how difficult it is to display a window saying Sorry, Mr/Ms. XYZ, CAT reg no. av134r4 you are not selected. I remember a probability based question asked in my PI which I failed to answer . The panelist had said you need to be very strong in probability to survive the rigorous coure in IIM-L, but the bugger doesn't understand there can be a million ways a person can type in his credentials wrong.
Moreover, how difficult is it to give a date for releasing the subsequent list or the final list?
To the succesful converts I wish some of you join the ad-com or whatever they call the outreach wing. I hope you will change the bloody site.
For those who are seats are full, attached is the proof that seats aren't full. My friend has not taken admission after getting name in second list.
So third list will come.
I posted IIM K vs SP Jain Marketing duel yesterday. Can anyone please write the reasons of choosing K over SP Jain? And vice versa. Thank you. IIM K group people voted keeping Waitlist in mind. Please help.
