I am responsible for the development and maintenance of robust tools and applications that are facile enough to improve the overall support for the products we offer to globally spread client bases. This way I am exposed to a lot of client environments which helps me understand various techniques being practiced across the industry. The role requires me to establish good working relationship with sales representatives, account managers, product managers and other professionals associated with the products, e.g., software developers, quality analysts. All in all the role is a combination of product operations and technology development/support.
ECA:
I have had decent interest in extra-curricular activities from my school life till present. I was a part of various elocution, debate, painting and news reading competitions held during school. Currently as an employee I participate in the annual sports competitions held within the organization. I have keen interest in watching tennis and play the game. I have also been the head of Logistics Department in my college club where I headed a team of 12 members during annual college fest. I also participate in the annual social service drive by the company wherein we visit government schools, conduct renovation work and guide children about the future opportunities that await them. I have also received a Bronze award for the last Corporate Social Service Project. I am also associated with a non profit organization where our main focus are orphanages, government schools and child welfare centers.
Considering the experience that I would be attaining by March 2018, i would definitely like to join the '18 batch.
