With chaos in the US around the minimum wages for H1B, and panic among the students, would it get tough to get admission in ISB? Are we expecting the applications to go up, and accenptance rates to go down?

Hello guys! I would be applying to ISB through EEO this year.
I have a one year work-ex as a social entrepreneur, however due to inefficiencies I will have to shut down. From the point of view of admissions, would it be beneficial if I have a corporate job experience?
I have the option of going for a job or of rebuilding my venture.
With a score of 73% in 10th, 90% in 12th and 45% in graduation, plusM.Comin distance, along with 3.5 years in a Reinsurance Company, is it unrealistic to dream about ISB? How should I enhance my profile (any certifications or courses) to increase my chances of making it?
Kindly evaluate my profile and please advise me on what i need to be doing for getting through ISB after gaining work ex of 2 years. 10/12/btech - 85/86/59. Btech from DCE . Work experience of one year at the moment . Gmat 700 . Few co curriculars in college
I’ll be graduating this June 2017 and have cleared the stage 1, I’m eligible for it through YLP? Also I’ll be continuing with my family business till the interview round so will that be accounted in total work-ex or a job is a must? And when exactly will the classes commence for this years final admits, will we have sufficient time to complete those required 20 months?
