Got an interview call for the RAT on 7th and 8th April 2010.
Can anyone help me with feedback about the RAT and how one should prepare?

Hello Guys, This is Pushkaraj Patil, and I want to do MBA(I dont know from where 
) but here is my profile in short- I have done BE(E&TC;), PGDM WiMC(CDAC) and I have 2+ years of exp.(Pune) (I am working as soft engg. in telecom domain :banghead:) , so can anybody give me any suggestion, Ok let me clarify one thing that I am starting from 0.... I haven't done any preparation for any exam yet, So from where should I start.

I want clarification regarding which one to choose between ITM navi mumbai and BIMTECH noida ..I am expecting offer letters from both ...
I want to do mba in finance ......city is not a problem for me ..my areas of interests regd a bschool are ......quality of students ,alumni ,faculty ,industrial exposure ,and last placements....

i believe both are on the same level!! i wud suggest ITM navi mumbai as it has that mumbai advantage!! its moving upwards fast too!

hmmm hi pushkar!! since u hv good profile i wud advise you to do MBA from good college!! and it will help u in ur carrer in long run!! join some coaching center!! - TIME,careel launcher ,PT etc and der test series!! prepare for CAT 2010 - which will take care of all other exams too!! i would advise you to write IIFT,XAT,SNAP ,JMEt and NMat! little effort every day and by this time next year your dream will be realised!! start reading newspapers extensively!! develop sme reading habits!! make ur personality attractive/presentable!!
trust me on this-start luving urself n pampering urself- it will give u lot of confiidence!! watch loads of english movies wid subtiltes!! work on vocab!! all this and u will be in ur dream b school!! last but not the least - keep following pagal guy!!

calls from MDI, IMT G & NPTI Faridabad (hoping for)
My GD-PI date for IMT G (at Kolkata) has clashed with that of NPTI (at Faridabad). I could not reschedule any of the above 2 calls. So I have to choose between the duo. Please help me out soon as I have to arrange for tickets accordingly.

go for IMT-G if you can attend only 1 out of 2 ... with your score, you have good chances to convert for gzbd campus.

Currently looking to crack some MBA entrance exam (hopefully CAT ;)) and groom my career and qualification.
However am quite ignorant about B-schools and stuffs so joined this to get some knowledge....hav just started preparing for cat....

your posting on the wrong thread...
i never heard of the TAT exam or TAPMI's admissions via TAT...but i think you can try posting your query here http://www.pagalguy.com/discussions/tapmi-gd-pi-shortlist-out-2010-2012-25051303 and see if anyone can help you...
if there are no specific guidelines in the admissions process stating you should have cleared all the exams in the first attempt, i dont think they would cancel your admission...i myself have taken a couple of attempts to clear a few subjects in my engg and know a lot of ppl like me who have made it to good institutes including IIMs...all an institute wants is that you should be done with your earlier course before joining them and if there is any certificate that they would want you to submit before joining and you cant; then they would take an undertaking for the same...
i dont know how the process works at TAPMI but its best you talk to the admissions department there and get it confirmed...do it when you go for your GD/PI...i wish you luck
