Dear All,

I have 7 years of IT experience across 3 major IT companies. Currently I am working as a Tech Lead with a major software services company. I have around 2 years of international experience as well.

I am looking forward to getting admitted in ISB in the next batch that would start in 2011.

Can any one of you please help me with the cut off dates by which I need to have my GMAT score, Essays, etc ready for being considered in the next admission cycle. I also came to know that there are 2 cycles. Would you also be able to let me know the dates for the second cycle as well?

hi rakesh, not to worry at all as much i know thr is no rule as such dat u hv to crack all ur exams in one attemt....and at d end good b- school seeks good aspirant so ur records shows dat and u r having a genuine reson for failing...so do ur best and result will b d best

I have just joined PagalGuy and I think the landscape of management education in India is going to change drastically, for better of course. We will see more entries by professionals and who understand the needs of industry.

The question I like to ask any management institute (like any organization) is "who are the people behind". The people behind have been a major issue in Indian education industry and now that's changing.

Hi this is Sandeep from Bangalore. I am working as Systems Engineer in 1 of India's top IT services provider company:shock:. I have a work experience of 1.5 yrs till date. I wanted 2 take the CAT exam this yr:, so thought of joining the most preferred MBA site, so that i can get my queries resolved.
Hope i get all the information regarding the same.

hi vishnuvashan , ur 2 yr gap will count as far as IIM's are concerned, if u r not frm any top colleges(preferably IIT or NIT) and have a superb career it will affect. But still there are lots of Top B-Schools which dont take that into consideration....try ur luck!!!!!

hi all you ppl out there...this is karthik frm down south..chennai!..doin my btech now..half way thru it n i realised electronic stuff s too technical for me:!!i had a fairly successful shot at network marketing which made me develop an interest for marketing...so..moi here for mba gyan(heard this s d best place for it),chit chat and good friends:)..(ppl i have zero knowledge on competetive exams..so pl excuse me if i post some silly qns:P)

Can anyone tell me how much importance is given to co-curricular activities during GD/PI???

Education: BA from DU. PG Diploma in Journalism, DU.

Work ex: 2 years

On PG to perform better in management entrance exams.

Specifically looking for useful advise about B-schools, preparation and other info about entrance test.

Aim for next one year is to get into a B-school preferably in Delhi.

there are some Management aptitude exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, FMS, IIFT, IRMA etc which are the first round of selection process by the different Management Instis .
The qualified students of the first round are called for GD PI in the next level of selection process.
