Hey Everyone,

As most of us, i am also from IT background, 3 yrs of experience. have tried CAT with a very casual attempt and with only one intention - just to go through the later part of the year quickly :-P

this time the effort is little more serious with the aim to crack CAT/GMAT. Not joined any classroom coaching so far and yet to decide on the pros/cons of the same.

this is ankur .. new to pagalguy bt not new to blogs and discussions ...
iam a ece engineer .. workin presently wid Avaya global connect ltd. as a senior software engineer ... workin in enterprise telephony domain .. am here coz iam really confused ...

i wanna do mba but not a regular one .. i wanna go for a pgpx .. for which i very well know i need a min of 3 yrs exp and better 5 yrs to get a real gud coll like isb ....

so ppl arnd .. help me find sme courses or workshops or nethin dat cud keep me bsy for the next 2 years ... nethin mite be a corr course nethin dat really adds up to my education in my resume ..n smethin dats creditable too ..

hope i'll get my answers here .. looking forward to add more posts ..

i am a third year comp sci engg student
speaking frankly i got into this course not out of interest but out of a will to be independent as quickly as i can
and now i find my course thoroughly boring and lifeless..my interests don lie there an they do reflect on my marks as well
so i ve decided to do my mba in a reputed institution preferably an iim
i wil start my cat coaching soon but i am pretty scared bout the scenario i wil face in a huge business school..
i don have a prob communicating wit ppl but i do need an idea of how its gonna be..
i ve no contact wit any mba's
could anyone tel me wat to expect?though i know its quite early..
is it gonna be too hectic?competitive?friendly atmosphere?/
i d lik to know..

I am willing to pursue a full time MBA in Power / Energy Management from one of the reputed institutes of India / Overseas. I am aware of the following institutes in India :
