Hello ppl ....

In the end when the whole world failed to motivate me, here i am trying out pagalguy for the rescue. A CATophobic, i am under a challenge with myself to change the adjective soon.. need help from the buddies i am going to make here.


Just another engineer from just another college.
No merits, no medals, never ever a ranker!!
Somehow got placed in one of the big four.
Waiting for my call letter since a year(thanks to recession)
Hence currently unemployed.
I am here to find stuff which are not introduced in classrooms, learning along with teaching. I hate classroom sessions.
In the next one year i want myself to be in a b-school where i am happy to be.:w00t:....'H-A-P-P-Y'...

well my name is sagar patil from mumbai.......i juz gave my sem 8 engg (etrx) exam n awaiting for the results

I m on PG coz i think its the best source of info abt mba on the net.....i hope that in nera future i will get proper advice or suggestions from all u pll n experts.

basically i want to do a job for few years (1.5 to 2) and then i m planning for mba in abroad probably UK or usa.......lets hope i get to my destination.......:-P

i`ve dne mah graduation frm chandigarh n i ws a cat 2009 aspirant,though i joined PG 2 yrs bk..bt dis is mah 1st post today..dis is my advice 2 all d aspirants..put in ur bst effort dis is d actual time 2 work really hard n enter a gud b-skooolllll,though i dint work upon dis thing n i actualy repent..

I'm Ruchi. I am incidentally currently recuperating from a knee surgery which has given me ample time (which i never seemed to find before) to introduce myself on Pagalguy and get some initial work done on MBA schools essays (Wharton to start with). Target schools are Wharton, Columbia, Stern and ISB. Poor networking skills have left me with no connection to any MBA students/graduates save one in Wharton 😞 I'd be very grateful for any suggestions or insights into these schools and what they have to offer.

Any specific threads I must join ???????

Education and Work Ex Background - Bachelors and masters in biomedical engineering ...
Current Occupation - Biomedical engineer (coincidence?) with a medical device startup ... have been in pre-clinical research and raising funds for the same for over 7 years.
Why on PG - Career advancement in the medical industry into a Business Development role scouting new innovations
Specifically looking for what on PG - A well-rounded general management program at a school with a sound foundation in finance and/or healthcare.
Aim for next one year - MBA admission ... what else?

well first of all get well soon.
ISB is a great one, they have been listed on the worlds top 20 b schools, even IIM's r no where near,
4 getting into this college one must have min 2 yrs of work-ex. n u gotta take GMAT n score above 650+.
over all u have to spend something around 18lkhs but its worth spending.
one yr MBA n u can land with a good pay package. n about the other colleges u have mentioned u can glance through mba.com" rel="nofollow">mba.com">www.mba.com

I am vijay paul, from Hyderabad, working for a software firm.

I intend to do a MBA.


I did M.Tech from IIT KGP. I work on SAP and JAVA from near about an year. I have a masters in Biotechnology.
I would like to know some good part-time MBA courses being offered by top B schools. Please write to me in case you know about any good part-time mba college info....which accepts one year experience to enroll for.
