I worked very closely with an International NGO on my personal time, apart from my regular day job at an MNC as a software consultant.

The CEO and Founder of this NGO is a Dutch National and a very close friend of mine. We've worked together in setting up their operations in AP. I'm the partner coordinator of AP for the NGO. Can I get one of the 2 recos from him? and the other from my manager, whom I directly report to?

Also, I have an year of entrepreneurial experience in the total of 4 yrs, by March 2013. How should I portray this? Can I include those 11 months as full time work experience?

Only recently have I decided to apply for ISB PGP 2013, and I'm yet to take my GMAT. Given the short period of time before Nov 30 deadline, can you please throw some light on when would be the right time to take GMAT so that the scores arrive right on time? I'm looking at taking GMAT in October 2nd week. Would that be sufficient?

@vamsijkrishna yes.. if you've started filling out the app you will see that you can mention you are/were the proprietor of said firm..
