Well, I am wondering what does the below statement mean? I didn't get any e-mail but it seems that there is a confirmation in the ISB admission portal that my application is complete and verified. So, do I expect a separate mail for verification?

Your application has been verified and found complete. Further update on shortlisting will be available approximately 5 to 7 days before your interview, if shortlisted, for the interview location you have chosen.

Some update from the ISB website, the interview dates for Hyderabad location have been changed to "Oct 10th to Nov 8th" from "Sep 25th to Nov 8th".So guys relax for some time, the first call for interviews should be out by 2nd or 3rd of Oct.

My first post here on PG . Applied at around 11:20 pm on the 15th. App is in range in 1411**. I got the app verified mail a couple of days back. I would appreciate some advice on how to go about the interview prep.

Hi..i have not received verification mail yet :(...also no mail in spam..and the app status on the portal shows..

An email will be forwarded to you as soon as your application is verified for completion. Please note that this could take time (up to 2 weeks).
I am getting worried now..i submitted my app on 14 sept and already it is more than 2 weeks now!

@akstargetMBA Among all the things that you should be worried, this should be last in your list. The minimum you are going to get from ISB is the verification email. Its just a matter of time. So chill !!

In my case where I am working (in a maharatna PSU ) there is very remote possibility that any small initiative would be taken very seriously and if taken it would lead to big impact on business metrics (given the sheer size of company), can the achievement of internal targets (in great paucity of resources at field level) and diverse experience in terms of type of people handled(from site workmen to district authorities), work nature etc. (i.e. from site level to RTI matters) be shown as professional achievement?

One question more...I was discussing with my evaluator regarding the potential achievements he would include in the evaluation . He informed me finally, that he would be writing what he considers the best... Now I am not aware what he wrote.
If co-incidentally the achievements you show in your essay are similar to what your evaluator has written in recos, is it taken as a negative point...I am asking this because my professional achievements story revolves mainly around one big story in my office and I think my evaluators will definitely take cognizance of it in any part of the reco....
