Does ISB inform candidates when they are not selected for interview? Can someone confirm whether the shortlisting for R-1 is completed?
any more hyd(blr) calls ?
@ivyctor2010 I know people have done it but what I dont know is we spend a lot of time in hospital working or as an undergrad or postgrad. Do that count as experience??!!

ya, for me too it has changed but unfortunately that's the only change...

I think it's just another number to track applicants, nothing to do with call though.

Possibly, lot of filtering might have happened on video basis (which would have happened at interview level in case of no video) , Just a guess.

Interview calls are sent out randomly. Applicants are not categorized into backgrounds when their applications are being read. So just hang on until the last invites are sent out.

@maihuna I feel you are one frustrated soul. I feel the case provided was quite valid. I dont know which part of the world you reside in! all family business cannot be of the scale of flipkart, inmobi, reliance etc.. am sure applicants who have provided family business or entrepreneurship on their resume have given suitable details and should have proper knowledge, which is for the committee to gauge and not for foolish frustrated souls like you.
I really pity you if you have applied to ISB.

I really doubt which part of the world you reside in. Not every business in this world can be as successful as flipkart/inmobi in a span of just two years. Flipkart itself didn't make a single penny in profit for the first year and the company sold its first book only after 6 months of hard work. And the adcom of every business school is experienced enough to judge which
entrepreneurship is real and which is fake.
