@identityx Hi! You have to enter your X standard grades and also upload your marks sheet. Are you sure you are talking about ISB application.. Because missing the X class details is hard as it is on the same page as XII and other details.

10th certificate is required only for female applicants, Male applicants do not need the 10th certificate nor do they need to enter the 10th marks
This is asked only for female applicants to enroll them for some scholarship (I guess novartis)
@kanusep12 - The theory indeed looks satisfactory but then why not make clear on who has been selected for interview or 'On hold' or 'reject'? I understand and accept that ISB Adcom is more experienced and knowledgeable...but this kind of roll-on scheduling of interviews confuses people...I am sure here again some people may say that 'patience' and perseverance are important for MBA and this wait is teaching us the same...whatever the reason, like other institutes (IIM included), ISB should atleast follow a selection process that can benefit both - the institute and prospective candidates...

The difference b/w IIM's and ISB wrt to process... is the number of seats... this huge number of seats and the fluctuating number of applicants... changes all the dynamics
@abm2013 Also, if what we are expecting about the fall in the number of applicants is correct... The college will be worrying about it... rather than the applicants. With the task of selecting 770 best students, a critical maintain the ranks of the college and hold up its name among the rest... is quite a challenging task and their initial plan might have needed a complete overhaul... (all guessing here)
I still feel the video is making a huge difference in our application. It gives them a first hand idea of our communication skill. And in all probability it will help them short list in a better fashion. But whether this is reducing the number of IV calls is what i am not able to judge with the sample size here!!!!

Got the interview call yesterday !! Interview on 22nd.
It says location new delhi but venue is the ISB Campus, Mohali.. It may be because i'm working in chandigarh but just wish the mail was clearer...

had my interview on 14th oct (sunday). i am a HYD(HYD) candidate n lest u guys start wondering, I was called in place of some cancellation from mumbai. my app no: 140228
as for my intw exp, in one word- brutal
it lasted 35-40 mins and they revolved only on my professional contribution. i hv a current work ex of arnd 3 yrs in automotive electronics. one short q on hobbies dats it.
my piece of advice to those who hv intws cmg up would be to very thoroughly prepared with everything related to ur profile and nt just the essays
@bujji8700 Thanks for the brief. What sort of questions on your professional contribution? No why-MBA, why-ISB type questions?
