I am in Similar lines of you having an MBA (from a Tier 3 School) , but considering you have not mentioned your exp after MBA, i request you to please get a decent 5-7 work ex after ur MBA and then look at options. Also i feel that MBA from ISB for Brand value as an excuse will be against you, considering there r many ppl who wants to their first MBA for many other reasons.

Secondly, E MBA is really a very good option, but if ur over 10 yr work ex and age >35, go for it since ur age vl b way above the average age of any regular B school and also u may not look at coming out of ur job. NUS is a good bet.

Thirdly, If you r looking at regular ISB itself, look into urself y u need it, there are many reasons other than the brand, the reason for me is to get a global MBA from a reputed B school(World class faculty, International perspective, Student exchange in world class B schools etc) and make my fundamentals more strong. For me placement is not a concern since i am planning to move into the similar job after this course may be with a higher salary or responsibility.

Hope this will help to finalise things...

Hey, I picked that option and was interviewed last week...also came across 2 other shortlisted international applicants here. If you check 1 or 2 pages before, there are some applicants from medical background. ATB :)
