Guys any idea how many offers will ISB release on the 15th? 375?
I don't think they have interviewed 375 candidates....

I know for sure that R1 total applications were around 1400( internal ad com source)... Assuming they would have interviewed every second guy who has applied .. We get around 700-800 interview invites.. Total number of ISB seats are 770, and ISB would at least give 40% of them offers ( on a very lowest side , I fact I heard ISB gives more offers to R1 than R2)..so we are looking at 300-350 offers on 15th ,that's again every second guy who was interviewed getting a final admit .. Wow that's awesome !! Pls shed your thoughts

@Tan23 Hi I dont know about the Panel but it was Kannan and one other old guy some professor types...I had at 16:50, I guess you had before that as I saw one guy whose interview was planned at 16.20, I guess it was you only...so we had the same Panel I think...how was it for you overall...are you expecting and admit..its bleak for me...
Hey sorry for the confusion - I actually had a Skype interview plus i'm not a guy. But guess what?! Mr. Kannan interviewed me too (hence the grilling?) With a week to go, I am praying and hoping for the best. But as I rewind and replay the interview in my head, there is always some question that could've been answered better :-/
Dont make it bleak. Not yet! :)

So is ISB playing some sort of a game! I just called them and they said for Delhi interview we are still sending out invites and you can definitely wait till EOD tomorrow!
Here I am ISB...waiting for ur i/v invite
You may think this to be a result of frustration, but this is what I think - ISB is a professional institution and must adhere to standardized processes. Such inconsistent replies are absolutely uncalled for. Either it says yes and maintains that it is still giving out calls, or just refuse. As a matter of fact, even a 'No comments' is welcome if it is so interested in maintaining an aura of mystery and exclusivity.

Another thing that I have come to dislike about the process is to hold rejected candidates on he edge of their seats. If you are not interested in taking one of us, please say so such that we may gladly ( or in most cases not-so-gladly) move ahead. If their time is precious, so is ours and this MUST be respected!

actually international bschools do send a reject info to the candidates..so a bit depressed too...I so wanted an i/v invite...bt so do others...
@zapped : i agree with you dude...in fact while waiting for the turn of my interview @hyd i saw some admin people ( 2 gals !!!) talking to R2 applicants in helping them out for completion of their app...i was wondering that doesnt they should first help out all the R1 guys before just ignoring them & starting out the process for R2.....
An insight into the ISB culture.

I like the line "If their time precious, so is ours". All we, who have applied to ISB are professionals and not some 12th standard students who are waiting for the results and simultaneously enjoying their vacations. We have our daily tasks and responsibilities towards our jobs.

Dear ISB, please grow up :)
@ISBAspirant100 : yeah i like it too...it is like angry young Amitabh Bachhan's dialogue to a ruthless mafia head

after IIM C ding-dong ...ISB is my only hope...while i pray for everyone ....lets us pray for me too....." bhagwan sabka bhala karein aur mera bhi"..

@Yagami_Light : i am not sure if such quest were asked to anyone....but again they might want to see consistency in ur aspirations few years back & now...
