In case you didn't know, the video has to be lesser than 90sec/15MB in a specified format (one can find these details on the application).

Guyz.. here is my experience for the interview.. it was good overall.. lasted 20-25 minutes.. no stress at all.. little bit of cross questioning, but it was healthy! some questions on profile and why ISB? which i could answer well.. Overall it went nice for me... but still anxious about 15th! some puys have said one cant predict anything from the way interview had gone.. any opinions?

"[email protected]". Ofcourse, its for free. I had got an interview call so atleast have a fair bit of idea as to what is expected in the essays. Or drop in a mail for any other suggestions you need.
Be careful about emailing your essays to random people, you never know how these would be used.
Not saying anyone on this forum is doing anything wrong, but be careful. I know people who copy and paste others' essays in their apps!

@MBAgyan2012 : plagiarism is not something u can get away with in this age.....i remember lots of recent news where ppl have been framed for the same....still one should be careful while sharing one's profile with smbdy, citing help in gud intentions...nothing against u guys who r here really with nice purposes...its only that bad do exists with gud..
