The morning of November 15th, I wake up to ..maybe not freedom immediately but after the things you do in the morning:), I plan to buy a couple of six packs and gulp my cans one by one knowing that after 5 pm I would know which side I am on!! That would be real freedom!! Either out or in but not in the middle of nowhere:)
Though I really wish I am in but got to be free!!

As far as I see from many posts here, the application number has changed only for couple of guys after interview. ISB can't reject so many candidates...so nothing to freak about. That's how I think :). Cheers and take it easy y'all.
Guess the guys whose numbers have changed might be dinged ( me included ) !!!
@sudhir3127 : what makes you think that? it could well be the other way round coz for most ppl on pg, the number has'nt changed (including me) !

if you were interviewed then at this stage you have as good a chance of getting admitted as everybody else who were interviewed....

Just got to know something. Wanted to share at this platform.
In 2010, the rejected candidates got the mail first and then the selected candidates. The mails start coming from 5 pm onward and should land up by 10 pm. That year students could log-in to the application portal to check their status as selected or rejected.

@ Application no. change. here are some thoughts, just for fun!
1. They won't change the app numbers just to tease the candidates
2. If they are changing app numbers so that they can send automated emails based on those, then they would change it for all. Simply because all candidates will get emails accept/reject/waitlist
they probably have 5-6 different templates of emails (Accepted, rejected, waitlisted, scholarships, campus)
3. They probably re-organize numbers to categorize apps into Accpeted, rejected, wailisted etc. So, app number change could mean any of these.
For example, it's possible they changed the app numbers for all the waitlisted candidates because that's the smallest group. It's just an example to show that app number change doesn't mean anything that can tell you the results.
Then there are other variations like campus allotment and scholarship emails.
You could be one of the selected ones even if your app number didn't change. I am assuming interview wasn't the only factor in selection, so the number you got right before the interview could be one of the indicators as well.
Yeah I think so too.....so many people can't be rejected...can they? :-/ Oh well, less than 24hrs to find out now :-/
Yup.. my application number changed too.. I dont think that means anything. It changed from a 14k odd to a 4k odd number.. I dont think it means a thing!!!!
Im just wondering if they really do get the results ready on time.. coz they're interviews went on till 13th November in Delhi!!!!
So its a matter of some hours now for the fate of many people...
