Others, I can well imagine what you guys are going through. I experienced the same butterflies only about 9 months back (God, time flies!!!!). My advice is, be the brave, honest soldiers you've always been. The goods WILL happen.
I have been a true silent observer over the last few months. Primarily, i was trying to find out the traits that differentiated between the haves and the have-nots, and i guess i have now cracked the secret to ISB's admission philosophy:On the basis of the replies and comments people have made in the lead up to interview calls and now, i can safely say that whoever is the biggest dimwit is likely to get an acceptance mail from ISB. The amount of effort you people put in trying to understand what the app number means, when ISB has clearly stated that it has no relation with your app status is mind-boggling. The very vocal ones deserve a special pat on their backs for not being afraid of showing to the world that they have no brain cells in them.The highly motivated "Tony Robbins" of the group should think of joining the Alcoholics Support Group instead of joining ISB.The point is...the results will come when they have to. Just because this is free does not mean you speculate over everything and make a fool out of yourself every passing minute.
Guess what dude...the biggest dimwits will be very happy by the evening, coz they will get an acceptance mail :)

To all who have made it, to all who have not and to all who hadn't applied for R1......my two cents......
You all are winners, because you belong to the select set of human beings who have been crazy enought to come out of your comfort zone. You all have been the discontent souls for who ISB has not only been a mere brick-mortar structure, but an amphitheater of dreams. Agreed, for all of you a cushy post-ISB job is an added incentive, but the lengths you went to achieve that, the pain you bore, the tears you shed, the castles you built have been phenomenal. Regardless of whether you have made it or not, of whether the people around you realize this, of whether the world will one day rememeber you by your deeds, you all will know that you were giants in your varying statures. Because you tried, and how!!!
I am very sure that all of you have sacrificed something or the other along the way - an onsite assignment, a love story, late-night binges, random bike-trips, shopping-sprees.......and for some you it feels like it all was worthless. But believe me when I say that one day you will connect the dots properly and the jigsaw will fit.
At the risk of sounding very cheesy and un-straight, I want to congratulate you all for the resilience you have shown. All of you belong to the sacred brotherhood of dreamers and aspirants and the maniacs. You should be proud of the way you travelled so far. And you should never quit dreaming.

Come on Guys......take it easy I think we have grown from that age to argue.....lets all be positive and hope for the best.....may everyone do well .....for something or the other is destined for us......we waited so long and I think we can the same for the few hrs left.....chill and really hope everyone has a good day......regardless of the outcome.....
