@vjmannur we are good i guess. i hv read in mr kannan's thread that 670 score is strong enough. he also mentioned that interview will be conducted from December 2nd week to late January.

@panks_delhi i just hope so... one of my friend got an admit with a 690 GMAT in R1... May be a Non-IT profile helps for GMATs lower than the average... I am from Telecom... working in idea cellular... how about u?

hey..I have mentioned my IV exp below :
It was a Skype interview , all 3 interviewers were alumni , very cool discussion , no grilling, no cross questioning:
They asked me - tell us about - why u chose ur field of study and why u chose to work in Unilever, later in Simplysiti , why in R&D;, tell us about ur role and achievements in these - -> it was all in 1 question , I went step by step answering why cosmetic technology,why R&D;, why unilever, then bout my role & 1 achievement there and why Simplysiti and 1 achievement here.. they listened and nodded..
Then they asked which job profile is better - I answered both have taught me different things, explained a bit so both are at par
Examples of team conflicts that I handled - explained situations
My weaknesses - told and explained how I have tried to work on it, I chose one on personal front, one on professional front - which can be address thru MBA
Why MBA (here I missed mentioning why ISB in particular however covered it up as I thanked them for answering questions I asked)

So in a nutshell, it will revolve around your profile and essays , try to list down best examples that you can quote for achievement, team conflict, leadership experience etc. go through the doc I have attached , it helps us dig in deeper on our profiles..
I also tried to get in touch with other puys who completed their interviews before me and thought of how I will answer questions asked to them.

@Mandar86 I have seen a link in previous posts which says that interviews will begin by December 15th in Hyderabad.
@raghupro so we can expect the calls to start this weekend... I have submitted my app pretty early... nervous like hell!!!

As per ISB, here are the dates for Round 2 :
Delhi / Mohali : 17 - 22 Jan, 2013
Kolkata : 5 - 7 Jan, 2013
Hyderabad & International : Dec 15 - Feb 10, 2013
I wish the process was like ordering a Dominos pizza online.... a process in which you get to know through which phase is your app exactly going through...
Example: app received
App being reviewed
1st level review completed etc...
Only that Domino's would actually deliver your pizza after all the stories. ISB has no 30 minute guarantee

Guys, is it too late to get an Alumni recommendation if its done today? The form posted on the previous pages states that recommendation cannot be submitted after application has been submitted.
On other note, I love the way you guys are keeping this forum alive albeit with nonsensical stuff until the first wave of interviews are rolled out.
