Thats the problem with rolling calls. I pushed in my apps and recos on 30th. The wait is killer. Can totally empathise with the guy who keeps refreshing his Gmail. I will set up an autonotficaion on my cell and vow not to enter Gmail all day.

I'm a bit worried about the one word essay. I have talked to a few seniors and R1 candidates and complied a list of words they were given. This list is obviously not exhaustive. Please keep adding to this. Hope this helps.

@logicalpagal in my case the word was HAPPY, so u could add that to the list too.. infact there was a compiled list of words doing the rounds during R1 interviews, vil look into the pages and put it up here for everyone's reference.
