Guys, Finally got the varification mail..i little relieved... I guess the interview dates for international applicants can be anytime from now till mid-feb.. right ?
Told you guys, most of you will get some kind of notification by 21st. But yeah, the rate at which they're verifying implies they are probably going to reassess candidature for i/v shortlist later. So our shortlist calls might be later.

Damn, this is the first time I started to get tensed. ISB sent me a mail asking me to clarifying something in my application and informed me that they will get back to my application only after they finish verifying all the applications. Sucks big time!
this is so crazy...i haven't even got the verification mail! last day of the third week.. shud i contact adcom for the same? puys pls suggest!
@punters11 said:@vjmannur interview is on 29th and yeah, I submitted on 30th Nov. And the invites are based on availability of panel members from your industry. I've been saying this all along...so make optimal use of this time to prepare and things which are not in your hands will take care of itself

I see many fellow puys panicking over not receiving verification mails.Do you really think a premier institute like ISB won't even have the courtesy to verify your app and respond. ISB did not complain when we sat on our incomplete apps for over two months and flooded its server with applications on the last two days of deadline.I can say from my experience that the ISB adcom is one of the most pro-active that i have seen in my app journey and i am sure they must be doing all things possible to expedite the process. The verification mails sent out in last 2-3 days is an example of that. The applicant pool is usually large for ISB and time consumption is understandable. The least we can do is not to make their job more complex with our incessant mails on verification atleast.
Hi,

@ordinary_guy said:Puys, please help me out I really the advice of someone experienced.... I appeared for GMAT this year & surprisingly got a score of 760....Now due to family related problems, I will have to stay in INDIA but i dont want to compromise on my MBA degree.....As such ISB is my one and only option....Now though my GMAT score is good and class 10, 12, graduations marks are also above 90 but the MAJOR problem that i am facing is my work-ex....I will be having a work-ex of only 24months as in April and ISB 2013 batch has an average work-ex of 5years & the lowest work-ex being 2.7 years.... So plz tell me impartially, does it make sense applying to ISB next year? Is there any realistic chance of my conversion? Plz reply unbiasedly to this....
