no delhi Interview calls for the 20 and 21st yet?? this wait is killing me

puys in office, so not possible to jot my views in detail: But in summary there are 5 major things that a good bschool looks for in a profile:
1. Leadership/Initiative
2. Well rounded personality(particularly diversity wrt ISB)
3. Maturity
4. Team-work
5. Innovative/Creative instinct
We should always try to build our essays keeping in mind these 5 parameters, trying to highlight these qualities. Our i/v answers should be also prepared in a similar pattern.
The most imp aspect in terms of i/v preparation is to every achievement or for that matter every thing mentioned in your application, ask yourself "So what?" This is to understand what is the value add out of it. For eg. if you have written dance as ur hobby, ask urself "So what??" and the answer cud be in terms of one of the above parameters say dancing helps you in learning abt the importance of teamwork and coordination.

Any updates from those who attended interviews last weekend (Jan 11-13)
@tripamb I had my interview on 13th at ISB Hyd. I am Hyd(Mum) Applicant. We had a mixed crowd from Bang , Hyd and Mumbai.
I had 3 panels in my panel. My interview involved all aspects about my application and career so far.
They touched upon the financial domain in which i am wroking to extra-curriculars to why i am not chosing any US B-School and why MBA in India. A few jokes were cracked in between. Basically, as everyone has already said be very thorough with your application and all the significant words that you have mentioned. I just hope that I make it into ISB :).
*I mean three members in my panel :)

Guys.. Even I am waiting for my call... will try to organize 3rd mock session in Delhi within this week.. ATB
Got a bit too busy for the past few days. May be I have some deadlines in the right time helping me ease off some nervous waits :)
But anyways, am still waiting for an interview call as well :)
