@Kode_A Frnd.. How do u get to know that u were in waiting list for interviews last tym??
@isbaspirant12 said:FrndYesterday I called them up and dey said we gonna send the invites up to Jan 27.. Today Whn I asked dem, dey said we have made the calls already and no more calls are left.. Don't know what dey r planning for and r up to..
Perhaps they don't want you to call them on daily basis when they have already communicated that 27th deadline. The best you can do is to keep your hopes alive at least till 27th and then take it from there.
All the best!!
All the best!!

Do ISB send this kind of feedback to us after Feb 15?
ISB: "stop pestering us with calls else we will pester you with confusing dates" :P
So stop calling them and wait till feb 15th guys.
@isbaspirant12 They had sent an email saying the same :)
I was happy with that too π One day asked them if any luck ? They said sorry dude.

@isbaspirant12 No worries bro.
I strongly believe in what I say. Getting into ISB is not a must.
If you get in good. If not doesnt matter. Its like you wanted to eat rasgulla and restaurant gets you rasmalai. (ok lame joke but hope u got the point)
I am pretty sure you know what you wanted post MBA and stick to your guns man you shall achieve that.
ISB is not a must for us to follow our dreams.
Cheers,

Hahaha ... this reminded me of Balakrishna's dialogue : " Don't trouble the trouble ..If you trouble the trouble, the trouble troubles you ! I am not the trouble ..I am the truthh ..truthh "

guys you have no idea how much better i feel after hearing your thoughts. thanks for the undying never ending support.
i would like to point out here, that i love the positive spirit all the puys have here on this thread. even though we are all competitors in a way.. competing for ISB admits, but the support and appreciation shared by people like you makes this journey and battle a lot more meaningful and easy to tackle. i wish i encounter such "team mates" throughout my career.

@GameIsOn2806 said:the rolling calls protocol for interview calls ..It is like we are paying ISB 3000 to give us waiting stress
haha..that does seem true, an alum however mentioned that they were offering rolling admissions as well, so apparently some folks from R1 were given admission offers within a couple of days of their interview. And it's been giving me sleepless nights since I had my interview on the 18th. Do you have any news on this? I have tried going through quite a few forums, but haven't found anything that suggests this, thus far.
Reapplicant here. i interviewed with ISB last year. Still no call. Tougher than I thought it would be lol
@raghupro said:@sid28 Don't worry too much about it dude. The more they question about something the more they are actually interested in. They just want to test how far have you analysed your long term goals and how well have you laid a foundation for it.And as far as similar businesses are sustaining equally well goes, I am not a firm believer of it. I am more passionate about building a huge venture and to build a huge venture you have to be different and you have to have a unique selling proposition. It is a very simple logic, "If your idea can be replicated as soon as you talk about it then you already lost the game". You have to have something that can be done by you only to sustain on a long term.
hi Raghu, you bring an interesting point, and it is something that is very true, but is not the only thing while planning a venture.
I would love to have this discussion with you in detail, to get your thoughts and ideas on the same, and hopefully even ideas to better my plan.
With that said, if i dont get a call from ISB this year, i might just start working on my startup for which i shall definitely seek services and expertise from Occultlabs.com

The info doesn't sounds credible to me.So far i know that none of the R1 applicant heard from ISB before NOV 15th on their admit decision barring international applicants. As far as R2 is concerned, i myself sought an early decision from ISB adcom but they insist on sticking to feb15 deadline for making any offers.
