@srm85 said:Congrats and all the best for your interview. Where are you located? Where is your interview? Please don't get stressed. You have been shortlisted for the interview, which means that ISB is impressed by you and wants to know more about you. They are convinced with your essays and reccos. Now you just need to prove that you are as good/better in person, as/than you appear on paper.Your GMAT and acads don't matter for the interview (you have crossed that hurdle, for now), because the panel does not have your scores. What matters is your belief in yourself, your achievements, your goals and that you can make an excellent contribution to ISB class. You should know about your current and target industries. If you are make a shift, then what is required and how does ISB come in that picture. The time is very less to make any drastic changes. Be thorough with your ENTIRE application, then go thru these 2 files:http://fi.ge.pgstatic.net/attachments/29379_4869b637f1994e94ad0141147f1bba28.pdfhttp://fi.ge.pgstatic.net/attachments/30129_20d11ffea8254434879fd6c707135688.pdfThe first file contains contains all the questions categorized under headings. You will see how they can ask you the same question in different ways. The 2nd guide contains detailed debriefs. I would advise you not to read thru the entire guide because you don't have enough time. Prepare responses to the standard questions. Work on your presentation as well as the content. This is very important. You need to convince the panel that you are ready for the MBA and it fits your career plan. They will cross-question you to authenticate what you have written in your application. You need to support everything with examples. You will not get enough time to respond and might be interrupted in 60-90 sec, so prepare short, crisp responses. You might want to get at least 1-2 mock interviews done to get some feedback on your responses. Work on it as much as you can but don't burn yourself out before the actual interview. The panel is very cordial. They will do their best to calm you down before they begin with real questions. It is a conversation, which you should enjoy. They are there to learn about you. It's your chance to showcase yourself. So, have fun while doing it. You can take some time to think before you answer. Think about the entire response. How you will begin and how you will end. Lead the interview with your answers. What they ask you depends entirely on your response, so don't dig a hole for yourself. What you have written and what you say should be consistent. All the Best

Hello Puys,
This wait for the results is sooooooooo painful
Are there any more interview calls flowing in or now it is just the wait for results?
@ammo44 said:@krsrevol Was kidding again... Staking means googling. She said hope to keep in touch and we became FB friends. Skype is the medium we used, until I declined the offer. However, she always talked about the Bschool .They gave me feedback on my communication skills which they think impressed the interviewer who I stalked over Skype... Lols..
Its a vicious circle. First you wait for GMAT to happen thinking that it is the biggest hurdle. Once you get a satisfactory score, you think the app essays are the toughest part... app completion becomes the tough nut.
Done with the app you start wondering did you do everything well before hitting the submit button.. Oh ! When will that interview call come.. i just need the i/v call to crack it... the most difficult part becomes getting a call....
Finally, once through the interview call... the wait seems tough enough... I guess once you get the final selection.. it still wont allay the fears.. the new 'tough' would be getting a good job or start your venture post MBA...
