And have the best lawyers of the high court, session court and the court of nature( yamraj) I also have criminal case under motor vehicle act and a small case for 307 and 326. Who knows court better than me.
PS: Stay away from me! :P
@Anonymous18 I second your opinion. I thought there is some problem with me that I did not find it funny... I am not the only one then.
But knowing Ammo the bugger is always HIGH.. on Juice.. :p

My only hope for a good business education is COURSERA...and BTW its free !! :)
@ammo44 said:@ankyrules What is it Bhai?
Courses from top Uni profs..Stanford, Yale , Michigan etc....
Just like usual courses...but its online...you are evaluated for by quizzes and exams and get certificate at the end if you pass..
Good if you are just concerned about knowledge and not fussy about degree !!
and it free !!
@ammo44 Sorry my office slang, as we address. Each others as brothers and therefore comes the bhai. So sorry for carrying it at pg .

Today is a weekend and a holiday
@GameIsOn2806 Hey did you get any clarity on whether Mohali offers elective in Information Technology?
@srm85
I think you did right thing by showing them your product. It is definitely not overselling , but in my case I mentioned my extra currics in two essays, so even after writing so much, I thought it wud be overselling myself on one point. Thats why I kept quiet. I just hope adcom judges holistically.
@rochak22 hi rochak22 does that mean no invites will be sent out on weekends and holidays? Wondering if tats how it has been so long other weekends ?
@reecha said:@Gunnerforever congratulations ! i don't know you and have absolutely no clue about your profile but I am so happy for you! its like we are all in the same boat and at least one of us has reached the shore! for the rest of us, something from my fav serial:"We're all susceptible to it, the dread and anxiety of not knowing what's coming. It's pointless in the end, because all the worrying and the making of plans for things that could or could not happen, it only makes things worse. So walk your dog or take a nap. Just whatever you do, stop worrying. Because the only cure for paranoia is to be here, just as you are."ďťż
Hey! Which serial is this from?
@Anonymous18 said:MBA only for international exposure and for a few years I have freedom to pursue my dreams after that I have to return back to family business.
I would say... Then spend some time introspecting and define your dreams clearly. And then decide whether you want to do an MBA, and how wud ISB help you. As all my fellow applicants will attest, you will learn a lot about yourself when you go thru the application process. First it's the GMAT, then the essays and finally the interview. You learn a lot about yourself and by the time you finish the essays you will have some degree of clarity regarding what you want to do.
Since you can afford it, I would advise you to work with some international MBA consultants. Their tools will help you in this process. They can also help shortlist the schools that best suit your requirements. Finance might be the best specialization for you. With your exposure, you should target LBS and the likes. Start with the consultants like Accepted.com/ClearAdmit/Stacy Blackman. I think they do a free evaluation. It will help you get a better understanding of the whole process.
An international MBA might be the best option to get international exposure. Also the alumni network will be truly international. You might scope out some markets and might want to expand your business beyond India. Your network will be really helpful.
Next 2-3 months would be the best time to get GMAT out of the way, because ISB admission portal opens again in the 1st week of May. If you are done with your GMAT by that time, you can spend enough time on your essays and target R1.
All the Best
It seems people really are going crazy waiting for the invites/admits.
Much of the posts here lately are not humorous, engaging, constructive, and nor are they helping calm down some nerves.
Puys....we have waited for so long....lets hold on to our sanity for some more time :)
