No new Intrvw invite from last 2 days!!!
STRANGE...

@Ilovemagic Yeah mine was for 20 mins and I was very proactive and aggressive whenever I felt the panel was trying to loose interest.so in specific whenever they were trying to loose interest I got them involved in my answere.but I have a very low gmat so can't say about the result though.
@raghupro very soon ull get an invite ( my gut feeling ) hold on for some more while it's on ur way :)
called isb helpline no one attending.. not sure if anyone got call today ?? or better focus on wat else can be done.
@raghupro ..the way u have been putting ur thoughts across here in the forum, I dont think giving up sounds good on ur posts. U are matured enough not to give up. there are better things in store for u i believe.
Raghupro will get a call... I too have the gut feeling. My friend last year got an interview invite on 5th Feb- and he converted.
I think today would be the last day for my post.. as it is the last day for intrvw invites... :)
So from tomorrow... will wait for some time and thn would start re posting at 2015 thread....

@bindas_k I believe the return of investment after grduation from ISB should be around four-five years if you end up getting a job for round 120K USD or 20L INR PA. Consdering its ranking amoungst other B-schools, I think ISB still holds an advantage in terms of ROI.
Rest all depends what other options you have and how soon you want to do the MBA? If you don't want to take an education loan and want to pay out of pocket, wait for couple of more years would be worth. But then, fees would also increase.

Started this simple information website in the last 15 days to overcome my Interview disaster and assuage my wait for the inevitable.
Please check it out guys and give your feedback. Thanks!

@rochak22 said:@MBA-2012 Hi Can you tell me something about the placements post MBA from INSEAd.
Through personal connections, I have heard of INSEAD graduates staying unemployed for close to 6 months before finding a job. And through personal connections, I have met ISB alumni who have been through the same.
My suggestion is therefore, to not get too bogged down with placements post-MBA. In fact, business schools abroad do not engage in formal official placements. They do provide extensive network with their alumni base and recruiters, and it's up to the students to find something for themselves.
IMO, in this situation of turmoil, we should just be focusing on the learning aspect of an MBA and how that translates to long term employability.
Hope I made some sense at this hour of the day. It's 830 am in Singapore!

@bindas_k
It was a really nice post. Thank you for sharing your interview experience. Did they grill you in any question- did you and the panel had any discussion regarding the same?
@krkunal Yep let's hope for the best!...@raghupro Man dont get disheartened, I wouldn't say that it is best that has happened cos that would false empathy...But given the work you are doing and about to do..I am sure you will find your way out...
also i have already joined one of the mba programme in Singapore , but would like to join isb if i can convert the interview , any of you feel if its ok to tell isb that ?? or telling them that i am here for some reasons will be a better idea ?
when is the last day for getting interview invites ?
I guess it's time to quit the thread!
Thank you guys for your suggestions.
I am sure ISB has selected best men and women and ATB to those who have been rejected.
@Monk1234 said:@rohitsa ,@atlas7 , @p.neha :: I too have my Skype interview on the 11th.I would also want to join you guys if that's okay.
that's a nice idea. We can meet this week and talk about what we know about ISB etc etc
How about somewhere near Suntec/Raffles/Boat Quay?
