I applied for ISB CO2013. I got shortlisted. Interview lasted for 15-18 mins. DING!! Feedback:- Lack of clarity of goal, Lack of work Experience. (I had 2yrs 8 months Ex only).
I applied for ISB CO2014. I got shortlisted. Interview lasted 5-7 mins (no questions from my essays, three random questions). DING!! (hope so) Feedback:- Beta tu nai sakega (i think they are gonna say this)
I am in no mood to put my name in Limca book or so for applying 'n' number of times to same college. I do not have a backup plan.
I am kind of BLANK.... Do not know what to do. EEEEEHHHHHHHH
I think I screwed it up in the interview itself... could have done a lot better over there.

Have you tried in any other college? Given the work experience you have, you seem to be young and even a 2 years course should benefit you. Give IIMs and all a go... You will achieve what you are looking for.
hey guys.. im reporting this pretty late since was traveling.. had almost lost all hopes when i got a call from home saying ive got the offer.. Hyd campus. Had my interview at Hyd (Hyd-Mum applicant) on 20th Jan.. Cheers and congratulations to everyone!

It is unfair. ISB to not declare results on promised day.
Result is - cleared or not cleared.
Result isnot - only cleared.
Bad feeling, no result

@rohitsa Dude I had 2yrs 8 months as work ex when i applied for CO2013. Now I have 3 yrs 8 month work ex. Plus I had personal reasons to zero down on ISB. 
@rohitsa Without sounding harsh, I would say do not hurt yourself by this one interview. I really believe that you had given your best. Everyone gives that. If there are certain areas which keep hurting your regularly in life and career otherwise, work on them continually. I went through 2 such interviews and both the times, I came back thinking the same thoughts. Perhaps, a lot has to do with training the mind not to punish ourselves.
What does ISB want?
I had the good interview and have excellent acads, good work profile, I am honest and genuine .. My earlier feeling that ISb admits are random , with all due respect to the admits again resurfaces.

While I was drinking away to glory at a party to not think too much about the mail from ISB, my wife went through my inbox to find the mail.
I have been admitted to the Mohali campus. Wanted to share this with everyone here. This forum has helped me immensely and congratulations to all those who have been admitted. And to the unlucky few who have not made it, I request you all to not lose hope.
I also raise finger at ADCOM's ability to conduct interviews.
Unfair, doesnt live upto the brand ISB !!
