I am part of the Co 2015 thread. Was reading an article which said the biggest regret of a dying person that he worked to hard and did not indulge in more recreational activities. Wt puys have to say abt it. For average people like me what we can do to rectify it,
@isbaspirant12 , @raghupro - How would you perceive an admit without interview. Doesn't it sound like super rajnikanthish? (Courtesy - @waterman ).Btw - I'm still waiting to hear anything from ISB.
@MissWorld ya.. XLRI GMP and GL. XLRI has very few seats and GL interview yet to happen. lets see.. if neither works out then MBA is definitely not for me!
Thanks mate, I believe only one thing 'Give it your heart and you shall get what you want'. Will hit back hard!..I promise..
That goes without saying. My target is 4 applications in the next 45 days. Then this whole cycle starts again. As for ISB, I believe in my heart that I aced every part of the application, i.e. GMAT, related past experiences to future career goals, showcased my strengths and portrayed leadership traits and a good interview. But, alas, there are some things I cannot change, my less than average engineering marks. Another applicant with exactly the same profile, same background, same organisation, similar GMAT, but vast difference in engg. marks got through and I didn't. ISB is a tough nut to crack and I would like to thank them that they gave me this opportunity.
@MissWorld@Troll@raghupro I am a reapplicant. Last year I received a mail from ISB on 10th May for feedback session and finally it was scheduled on 8th June 2012. Also FYI the feedback is really vague. They shall answer every query of yours as we can not answer this question officially. If you will ask was it my GMAT they shall say that your GMAT seems competitive and also GMAT is not the only criteria. If you will ask about Work Ex they shall that as you have received an I/V call you are really competitive. To be precise the feedback is a game to pull you to apply for next year. My advice shall be to do introspection and find out the reason rather than relying on feedback.
Now I am myself confused as introspection is not working in my case as I was asked only 3 questions and that too not related to my essay / goal.
@Kode_A : Dude....you liked the fact that i didn't get through.....
@punters11 : Bitter pill indeed but all i can infer is that almighty wanted me to get into a 15th ranked B-school rather than 34th without giving any more thoughts..........

Thanks for the inputs. I was kindof expecting the feedback session to be this way actually. But may be some minor hints might be given in some way :)
Btw I am not waiting for the feedback session as I could identify most loopholes in my application already and am working towards eliminating them.
