B.Tech Chemical Engineering, NIT Jaipur: 6.58 GPA
M.Tech Chemical Engineering, IIT Kharagpur: 8.44 CGPA
11 Months: Frost and Sullivan, Research Analyst (market research and custom consulting work ex.)
4 Months: Caparo Engineering India Pvt. ltd. (manufacturing floor experience)
Currently working as Consultant at Capgemini Consulting Mumbai (Strategy and Business Research), by the time I apply at ISB in cycle 1 (by Sep. 2014), I will have total (11+4+17 =) 32 months of work experience out of which 28 months exclusively form strategy and business consulting sector.
I will be thankful to people who can help me out by assessing my profile and providing some information regarding how to go about applying at ISB Hyd. Also how many reco's do I have to submit during my application process, i was not able to find this information on the ISB's website.

Does my low percentage in 10th act as a negative point during admissions. Moreover my company is not a known one since it is small and a fairly newly incorporated (10 yrs). Does having a well - known name for an employer a necessary component for admissions ?? I have not participated in much extra curricular activities apart from a few in college which HAD to be compulsorily done as part of the degree completion. i never had any leadership positions during school, college.
