@sudhir3127 If the AdComs can make out that the video has been joined and I think they will, it will be taken a little negatively. Had I been a part of the AdCom, I would want the applicants to be able to speak for 90 secs in one go. That way the video will look a little less rehearsed. Just my opinion though. So give it a try, you don't have a lot of time left. Good luck !! Btw I am struggling with mine as well. ;)
Hi...
Submitted my app today at around 3 AM...

@greatsaints : As per a email communication from ISB, the deadline for recommendations has been moved to 20th Sept, while the deadline for applications remains the same. Hope it helps !

I submitted my application a week back along with reporting my gmat scores from mba.com. However, ISB site my application completed except official gmat score report. Any idea?
@ivyctor2010 i put it together in Adobe Premier Pro.. then made the large mpg into a small wmv in windows media player.. throughout the time limit was set at 1.30min

@fighterlives said:Hi, around 30 mins after you submit the application and make successful payment, the complete application is available in PDF format to take a print. So if you are good to submit the app, just do it. You will receive status email accordingly and when you login back to app portal, you will see the option to download it to your system. Hope this helps.
Thanks fighter, this I did not know but the point is that I wanted to review the app once after taking print out before submitting it.I finally got a solution though,I just copy pasted the whole data in the new window to a word document.
Thanks for the help :)
389 and counting !!

Hey Amit, I guess it takes 1-2 weeks time for GMAT Council to send official test score report to the institutions. Would be great if you can bring this to AdCom's notice and seek their advice for any followups if required from your end. Writing to Adcom is the best solution for such discrepancies.

AdCom has published interview schedule on App portal... I believe the calls would be coming around those dates.. Isn't it?.... Lets see if our fellow puys would surprise us before that.....

Shoan if your video duration is 1m29s, then what is it playing in VLC till 1m34s...?
Yeah I faced initially too, but then I did it again and it worked fine in Windows Movie Maker. The last few seconds need to be cropped off from the movie frame/timeline in a way that it stops playing the file exactly at same moment.
hi...i am one of those last minute rusher...who still has her 3rd essay to be worked upon. although, i am targeting tonight, but in case i do not make it...is it still possible to submit the app tomorrow and still be counted in R1? Both my evaluations have been received by ISB. Pl lemme know as i am in office and will need to take a half day if its compulsory to submit the app before tomorrow?
@VincISB To be very honest with less than 2 years of workex, you might not even have an outside chance. Do not lose heart do give it your best shot... but more work experience certainly helps. With IIMs now focusing on getting people with higher workex, ISB is certainly raising the bar for workex even higher... (that is the trend I have seen in the case of my friends for the past 2-3 years)
@ksu Start your GMAT preparation by concentrating on sectional tests instead of the full length tests as of now. Also for the sectional tests try and understand your core weaknesses (not the concept level but even deeper and work on them).
With the international exposure and cross team collaboration part i feel you have a fairly good chance. I would suggest that you bring out this aspect of cross team collaboration in your essays. Would be very helpful to your chances.
