The Ivey interview experience was only decent I must say. To start with, the questions were quite cliched-like Why MBA, why Ivey and what after MBA. But the point that put me off was that the interviewer (one Mr.Scott Walkar) said I would be required to go through atleast one other round of interview if not more.
Had the second interview a week later. This was a little different where I was asked about what Leadership meant to me and if and why I considered myself a Leader.
I was aslo asked to speak extempore on any topic of my choice explaining a concept the way I would to a lay man. Nothing else struck me at that point of time- I spoke about my experience as a language tutor in a call center of teachers where some indianteachers taught various subjects to kids in US. I called it knowledge process outsourcing.
Not sure how well it went! Am expecting results in a week's time, with fingers crossed!.
Dont want my first and only Ding in the five schools I aplied to!

Hello Guys ,

I am scheduled for Ivey MBA interview in 2 days time. Can anybody give some suggestions as in how to prepare and what to prepare.  Thanks in advance.
