I just now got a call from Ivey that I have got an admit. They told me that they would send across the official mail next week.
Any info about Ivey from all of you is welcome.

Well, I am really impressed about Ivey's case studies approach.. have also heard that it is very known for consulting.. as far as placements are concerned, ive heard they r very good.. even for indians..

I didn't call them. They gave me a call to give me the news.

Honestly, I do not think my profile is too good, but I think it was more around luck.
I have recently turned 23, and would be 23 when I would join Ivey.. so I don't think age was a concern. I have a 3-year degree (Bachelor of Business Studies, University of Delhi), and not a 4-yr engineering background from a top notch Indian school. My journey in career was not too great in the begininng but I got good break at McKinsey and I think I really performed well over there. Got a GMAT score of 700 (51Q and 33V), and awesome recommendation from McKinsey.

Chirag's interview was conducted on 18 August so he got result after 3 weeks. I appeared on 1st Sep, so I believe I will get the reply by 3rd week of sep.

I think Chirag's interview happened on 28th.. check his earlier post on 28th Aug.. Mine was on 1st Sep.. 3 days after him.. also, i don't think 2-3 days really matter considering Ivey will decide after looking all the apps..

I guess Ivey informed all who are admitted yesterday (Friday). So that they can celebrate on weekend...but formal email and admission package will be sent next week.

Yes. They did consider time zones when making the calls. Eg. I got the call in the afternoon in Toronto.
