Isn't B.tech(ComputerScience) same as B.Tech(Computer Science & Engineering)?

Actually for Railway JE posts, they have considered B.tech(ComputerScience) and B.Tech(Computer Science & Engineering) as two different branches.

Anybody who have attended previous year interview, did they accept B.Tech(Computer Science & Engineering) last time? Have you seen any candidate rejected based on this? please clarify my doubt.
