Any info about bond in lic aao. How much needs to be paid to LIC, if we leave after an year from Oct 16. pls share any info, i have aspirations of joining SSC, which i am sure of cracking.

Just a random thought, your views are welcome.. at the time of interview, none of us was working in a bank. So technically, for lic we all r freshers... so if we resign from our bank without giving any bond, ie without receiving Noc, what all complications can occur .. any thoughts ?
Once again stuck selected as aao unreserved but working with Bob heavy bond thinking not to pay the bond, will resign and move on how many of you are planning the same logged in after 3 months or so here :(

Guys, Never ever hide anything from LIC, if you want to serve until your retirement. Its always good to inform at the time of joining even if u have not mentioned before with proper documents.

One more query shall I resign b4 medicals or after having medicals I can resign ????? To join ztc Bcoz at least I need some time to get relieVed from the organistation so it's ok to resign after medicals ????
should we have to call zonal officer to know further procedure??when they are going to call us for medical examination?
Only for bank po's having 2 lkh bond ......... I was calculating.. not serving notice n paying instead is costing us 50k effectively. Considering we need to pay complete salary for three months ... so if we give our papers next week itself, we can surely serve atleast 1.5 month notice without taking extension .. that way we get at par without any loss n keep our seniority as well considering we get first batch .... ur views ... Scenarion 1.. we take extension n serve complete 3 months... total inflow = 33000*3 ie 1 lkh .. total outflow .. 2 lkh .. ie net 1 lkh... Scenario 2 .. we don't serve n instead join lic ... total inflow .. 50000"3 .. 150000 and total outflow = 3lkh .. net 1.5 lkh.. This is considering we need to pay complete salary n not just basic... Scenario 3.. we serve 1.5 notice now itself... so outflow reduces by 50k ... And we keep our seniority PS .. only if we get first batch . Agr second milta h to no point discussing.. just serve notice n go..... opinions !!
