My lic aao experience, patna, 6 may, morning You are? From Where are you coming? Why 5 yrs gap? How many members in family? What is your father, mother, sister? What do u mean by conflicts? How will you manage them? Do u think there are conflicts in organisations? What is the law to regulate such conflicts in organisation? What is marketing? Diff between promoting and marketing? One situational question. Now market yourself, how you think u are suitable? How will u manage your staffs? What do u mean by soft skills? Why it is called skill? Will u go for civil services? Which scheme of NDA govt appeals u most and why? Diff between public &private ltd co. What is the basic criteria for classification of Maharatna and navratna? Why godmen exist in India? Ok, what do you do in your leisure? 25-30 minutes Members were cooperative and they were enjoying my replies. Best interview of my life.

So friends , another wait is over related medical and allotment of ZTC . For batch 2 it could be at a later stage regarding medical mail and ZTC allotment. Don't worry all of you will get mail shortly . Now what next ???? Report at the given divisional office for medical between dates mention in mails. The divisional authority will send you to the doctor for medical exam. Divisional authority will gave u some documents which you have to fill and carry at the time of ZTC reporting. One paper will be related to Indemnity Bond language. Please type this bond on a " STAMP PAPER OF RS 100 only "(for all states candidate). It is wasting money by typing bond on higher amount above Rs 100 . You have to submit this "Indemnity Bond " on reporting day or later at ZTC . All the Requirements at the time of ZTC reporting are following-- a. Discharge Letter from the present employer in case you are employed. b. Indemnity Bond duly executed on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs 100 c. Attestation form (Original with Two copies) duly completed and signed.(provide by division at time of medical) d. Any other document that you were required to submit at the time of medical examination but have failed to do so. Those who are working with bank , now could set their dates for resign according to reporting at ZTC dates . Please Collect the info about BOND TRANSFER and talk to your employer .It could save your huge amount of money. LIC accepts the transferred bond .So start to work on bond transfer instead of wasting your time in other things. Those who are working in SIDBI or other good institution or higher salary than AAO and want to resign due to work pressure think twice before join AAO . There is no extension granted like banks . For some genuine and exceptional case it could be given. So friends be prepare for new era of life and enjoy with your family and friends till joining.......
