Can anybody share the experience of the interview..9th nov morning 9am.
had my interview in delhi on 11th at 1 pm..
asked me where i m from..then my qualification..what am i doing after mba..4-5 ques on finance and i gave no answer..just smiled and sorry..repo rate..stock market..gst..father business..gst in relation to his business..surrender value..strength and weakness.. RERA..
guys i didnot gave every answer but the environment was so good that they and I were laughing and smiling and for every ques i said NO they explained me.. asked me why HFL..and many more basic questions..
JUST ONE THING GUYS..STAY CONFIDENT AND NEVER LET THE SMILE GO FROM YOUR FACE...GOOD LUCK

LIC HFL Assistant Interview Experience
Lucknow ,12th Nov , Second Shift
*My number came at 4pm , Interview went for more than 15 mins
*They asked my intro....i was well prepared...i took around 10 mins to answer this
*They looked very impressed...they did their best to make me agree to point that this job is not suitable for me...but i stick to point that it was
*Mostly general questions were asked
*At last they asked if i get selected will i leave the job as soon as i get better
**I was confident and interview went very well

Interview for Assistant:- Y were u not placed from College..?? U didn't tried for job after college..?? Y r u not trying for pvt. Banks..?? So,you haven't attended any interview earlier..?? What is CRR,SLR .?? Any Regulation authority for Real estate u heard of..?? Give some salient features of RERA..?? Name some housing Finance companies..?? What is QIP.? TO Which field it is related..?? Have u heard of 2 big oil Firms merging..?? What is LIBOR.? If SBI lends to BOB, is LIBOR applicable..?? What is Reverse Mortgage..?? What is the MAIN feature of GST..?? How GST works..?? Is GST applicable on Petrol.? Why not? What is CAR..?? I have given worst performance... Just wrote this for those Having Interview tomorrow..

E date puche..ekdom sahi nehi hua .kuch expectations nehi raha
The person who was doing document verification told me that incentives in LIC HFL are good...but you have to work 2-3 hours more daily from scheduled duration...and sometime on sundays too

Input tax credit and its current effect on economy.. Measurement of viability of a project... Capital budgeting, NPV, discounting factor, cost of capital, ideal cost of capital.. ROA, ROE, shareholders' funds... risk free rate of return... effects of NPA on balance sheet..
GK questions on catalonia independence, federal reserve chairman..
and many more personal questions. Be prepare to ans about campus placements, previous jobs, what other exams you are preparing for, how many interviews have you attended etc etc... phew!!! atb guys..

Will there be a 2 year bond for AM post? I read on Glassdoor that there was a 2-year bond about which people were not told during application or interview. But when they got the final offer letter, the bond was mentioned in it.
Any idea what is the in-hand salary of Assistant Managers after the initial peiod of 12 months (with Rs 25K per month stipend) is over? Do they also give lease accomodation?

If JD and all the stuff related to work is being discussed with u by d interviewers....then does that imply that you have high chances of selection ? Pls share ur views on this guys !
