My Background: B.Com, PGDRM from IRMA


AM Interview: 14/11/2017, Bengaluru

The panel had three gentlemen, all from Mumbai (they mentioned it)

Interview was very relaxed and casual. They grilled me about the motivation to join LICHFL. We also discussed the present dump in which the whole Housing sector finds itself as well as the current state of the company. I had studied a few reports (by ICRA) about the state of the company as well as a few articles from Moneycontrol.com therefore I was able to answer their questions. Three technical questions. The panel was polite and corrected me twice when my answer was wrong. The rest of the interview centered around my current employment, the future that I see for myself as well as for LICHFL and if I had any reservations about relocating. 20 minutes tops.

All in all, a great experience.

My Interview was on 9th nov at chennai regional office.My educational background is bcom and mba.

Overall Experience was good.Friendly panel members.One female member. Initial question was to go for self introduction For which i was appreciated by the senior member. Most of the questions were from subject.Could give answer to most of them but for few they gave clue..One or two general questions.Then why lic hfl..It went about for 25mts.

Is there any chance to get selected??

How salary revision is done in LIC HFL? Is it same as banking.....I mean currently the salaries of Bank Clerk have increased from 21000 to 35000 so will the salaries be increased for LIC HFL Assistant.? If they are not going to follow as per banking then how the salaries are increased?
