It gives us immense pleasure to announce that the Institute has purchased two plots in Sector 3,Dwarka for the construction of it's own hostel. Construction work is expected to commence soon and we hope that the coming batches would now be able to reap the benefits of a residential program without the earlier hassles, inconvenience and bottlenecks of a third party hostel like the one operating in Dwarka-Sector 19.
👍LBSIM organised "National Marketing Conferene-2014" on 8th feb'14. The chief guest for the conference was "Sh. Pradeep Singh", CEO, Indian School of Business, Mohali campus. The session began with inaugural address by the chief guest followed by Presidential address from "Dr. P.K. Biswas", Director, LBSIM #lbsim

time has completed full circle... so the wait is over, Ranbhoomi 2014 has arrived... its the time to prove again who is the mighty of all when comes to prove it through sport... 8 sections 8 teams and 1 will emerge as winner...lets see who becomes supreme of all on 31st of Aug. 2014... 😄 👍 😡
the life at lbsim is an awesome experience till now ..hope to be same in the future."Work hard and party hard"is the simple principle you follow when you are at this institute.currently now with Ranbhoomi(sports fest) going on the excitement level gets even higher.we learn when we are in the institute either through participating in the class activity or being in some society/cell.Thanks to seniors for their support also.
my life has just begun here @LBSIM . Couldn't have imagined a life more colourful than this. Various academic and non academic clubs co-exist here and I am an active member, mostly of all the non academic clubs. There have been moments when I have to practice for ramp walk, do dance practice and play Table Tennis simultaneously. I don't know how I did it; but by participating in all these clubs , I have already been gifted by a great talent known as multi-tasking.
So, I am just living by the moment and enjoying the best phase of my life.
Life @ LBSIM. If i have to describe it in one line. I would say it just can't get better. Workaholic days, partyholic nights. The funda is to learn more and push the boundaries and then celebrate. I am humbly thankful to LBSIM for providing me with range of opportunities both in terms of cultural fests or academic activities.
I have few queries.
1. How many students applied through company sponsorship for PGDM? Out of these how many got selected?
2. What was the cut off for CAT for the students applying through company sponsorship? Any sectional cut off?
3. Are we allowed to keep personal car?
4. Do enlighten me over the hostel accomodation.
5. I have 91.2% in class X. I have 92.2% in class XII. BCom from DU and having 70% in graduation. Do I have a chance to get in through company sponsorship if I clear its cut off?
As they say " You only do MBA once in your life ",
I say LBSIM is the right place. Running all around for KHOJ, late night Maggie's while preparing for the presentation, drama with abhivyakti, or meeting HR's during the outreach, its an all new experience. There is so much happening that even 24 hrs a day seems less. I am thankful to LBSIM for giving me such mesmerizing memories, and making me a SHASTRIAN.
