Executive Co-founder and Executive Co-Chairperson of the NDTV, Dr. Prannoy Roy, has been chosen for the prestigious Lal Bahadur Shastri National Award for Excellence in Public Administration, Academics and Management-2015. The award, instituted by Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, would be conferred upon Dr. Roy on March 28th by Former Chief Justice of India, Justice V.N. Khare.

“You don’t have to be a doctor to save lives, just donate blood and you can do so”. We at LBSIM always strive to give back to the society, and what can be nobler than donating blood.
Social Initiative society of LBSIM, successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp in association with Rotary Noida Blood Bank. Inaugural Ribbon cutting was done by Dr. Arya Kumar, Director (LBSIM) which was followed by participation of Students and Staff in large numbers to donate blood.
A Total of around 200 Donors participated and collection is around 147 units of blood. The event was a huge success with large number of students and teachers turning up for the cause.
