Finally D day dawned and I woke up to remember the questions whose answers I had to get today
the orientation was to begin at 11 am and I reached by 10:15 : as if my friends(who accompanied me) and I were to get early bird prize 
.We explored the campus and saw some of our batchmates 
No sign of seniors 
I thought I would be welcomed by seniors by garlands and rose water:biggrin:
Then the students assembled in a assigned room where all the faculty members gave us brief intros and welcomed us..After that,a break for snacks and tea/coffee :)This break was used for exploring the campus 
and of course the famous Bamboo canteen
Our seniors had a rocking time asking us to do this that..Ragging is not the right word for me atleast had to show some attitude to a guy who had to tease me there was rakhi ka sawyamvar,dance performance,samba act
etc..I had a good time laughing through out all the performances even at mine because that guy asked me for TZP 
Some gyaan about groups and clubs was given by seniors and some more masti
The session had a bad ending 
a)Formals to be worn till orientation is on
b) Speech on career goals on friday..I still don't know mine :|
c)Business plan PPT What is that : God help me

This is a merged post of 2nd day and 3rd of orientation
2nd day
Orientation(thats another name for grilling junies )
We gave a speech on career goals-long term and short term goals..specialisations to chosen in 2nd year..some more questions : on that.
Then come the GD round followed by grilling again :|..Are n't we over with that and present here 
Lastly,there was a extemplore in pair..A topic was given according to pair.One was supposed to speak in favor and another in against.After that,cross question your partner..
That's for the day two of orientation.
3rd Day
Better day..best of the three days First of all,the case study..Not so good performance in that(of course mine) :This was followed by Admad
Kaliedoscope..colored teeth..our team used some colored papers on teeth:w00t: and did a round of jalwa 😉 you got it right..a cat walk to show off colored teeth:biggrin: and got 3rd prize
Atlast there was a quiz ..Business Quiz..Thank God,the seniors didn't grilled us too much today...Happy ending today
But there is something that awaits us :|PPT of business planBe ware seniors,my team would rock that day

Something Nothing
- Waking up early mornings and getting earlier to reach time but still late costs 35 bucks..and entering your class to find that their is no lecture in the mornin---------> Priceless .:banghead: for sacrificing sleeps and for exploring capmus ;)
- Waking up early and getting lazy to reach and college and still reaching early after spending 35 bucks at one time-------->Miracle
- Reaching early to find no lecture in morning and then exploring the campus..greenery all round plus beautiful and cool weather
- Having idli sambar,vegetarian thaali,lemonade costing less than 50 bucks but the satisfaction of low cost and completely good food---->Priceless
- Bunking college to escape the boring PPTs to catch rain in bus while going home--->Beauty

Tomorrow is the fun filled day...One business finance lecture and then a cricket match and something more
In this week,there has been 3 Business Stats lectures,1 lecture each for Business finance,Organisational Behaviour and Micro Economics Analysis.. such a light week 😉
I see chances for parties next week:drinking:courtesy- pre and post elections 😉
Today,it felt like that we were in college and not a b school Guess why so?It was because we wore casuals after a long time today ;)
Business Finance the first lecture of this week where I was not feeling sleepy.Yeah,this was introductory class and some basic terms like company,partnership etc were revised for non-commerce students.I wish that finance sir was not visiting faculty over here..Finance is interesting..I have always dreaded finance before..Now,I realise that i couldn't understand it much during my grad :
Anyways,after that as I told you some activity was expected today and that was treasure hunt.As it name says it all,I participated in it to find the treasureAll the students were divided into group of 5 and each group couldn't have more than 2 girls..It was so long that I started feeling as if I came to join NDA or army : I ran across the campus so many times..had a samosa..one guy from each team got all nails polished This was to know each other across batchmates and build team spirit..
This was followed by lunch at Colonels..Awesome food and easy on wallet 😉
PS-we have elections on monday 😃

with this i became fan of you thank i heard that this was one of bst collg. wat was avg. packages you get and wat strategy would i take to get in to MBE iam engineer from delhi ip uni. iam pretty bad in english could i get mbe iif i prepare now

No strategy for MBE exams..Its just like other entrance exam with GK section but do brush up with basics of statistics...

On MBE front,we were supposed to have MBE inaugural tomorrow but it has been postponed to next week..So regular day tomorrow :)Classes from 9 to 5 :A very long day :God save us from being caught sleeping in the class :p

Classes are going on n full flow :The faculty is extremely good provided you revise the lessons taught in class and understand what is being taught.But what to do for silly souls like me who always yawn and sleep in class :
All the communities are already working very hard since the elections and clubs are being formed :)
The names of clubs are-Finance club,Marketing club,Kriya club(case study),Aradhan club(Corporate Social responsibility),Environmental club and the Editorial Board..Keep guessing which one i would join :p
We are going to have MBE Inagural event soon and after that awaits the fresher party Fresher party-most awaited event ;)Wait for more details soon :)
P.S-Working on and for a club...hope to join the desired one chosen 1

Saturday is not off for us..I don't know what to say ,whether is it boon or bane : Bane is because of sacrifice I do for my sleep : and life outside MBE
Blessing is that I get time for events apart from ordinary classes and studies Alumni meet is fixed for sometime in september and thats a cultural event Time to show off the other side of me We had intra class audition :p.It was real fun watching and sharing the laughs together :)
Think if we have whole day tight schedule of classes,then we feel tired and out of energy.But if we have to dance instead of classes,that don't drain us of energy ;)All depends on our perspective and nothing else :)
Assignments have started pouring in already..I feel the heat already 😐 Have to adapt to this adrenaline rush 😉

Finally we had MBE Inagural "Genesis" today :)Mr. T.S Mohan Krishnan,the Vice President at IMRB International enlightened us with his presence and words on "Marketing Strategies in Economic Downturn".We were assigned proper dress code-black business suit It gave me feeling that I am working in the corporate world Nothing beats that looks :)
The event was held at S.P Jain Auditorium,that's is in FMS building at South campus.
It was pleasure listening to Sir :)I made some notes as well from the lecture.It was good to see uniformity in the audi Seniors as well as my batch mates in the suit.
After the lecture,there was Questions and Answers session.I was waiting for refreshments by that time Thanks to my batch mates,good food after the event was available
Update-have a busy day tomorrow..whole day classes :banghead:Would be back again till then wait for me ;)
Well deserved break after a long time Members of finance club are busy with their assignment and marketing people arranging for marketing seminar.And some are preparing for the Alumni event-be it singing song 
(puns intended) or dance (dance pe chance maarlo)or Skit(light!camera!action!)Everyone is busy in something or the other..Placement Team is running from pillar to post and convention team is working on Annual Convention which is upcoming in a month or so.Its buzzy hour at MBE but its good to be busy rather than sit idle :)
I might share the details of the Genesis event as in the gyaan(if I get that permission to do so) ..Wait and watch 😃 I am going out of town in this break

Statistics is a nightmare for me 😐 and Micro Eco is no less that Herculean task Organisational Behaviour seems to be interesting till date Project Appraisal and Investment Planning is very fast one :secret:

Give your a chance to do work like this and work like you don't have a deadline for it.Then see the difference
Whats more to speak now?Have to work on technical analysis plus a PPT plus a test.I am speechless :but am loving it
