CIMP organized a grand festival"7th Sense Begins at Home" in which school going children send out a strong social message to the citizens . They presented skits and drama to make people aware of the water and other environmental issues. Dr. V. Mukund Das (Director,CIMP) gave guidelines to the younger generation asking them to act and behave as a responsible citizen of the nation and told them the need of preserving water and how we can deal with air pollution. He also told the students to refrain themselves from extra honking as it causes irritation and hearing problems.
Chandragupt Institute of Management is the only institute in India which have a special club known as samvedna to carry out several skits,drama and competition to increase awareness among the masses. Every now and then CIMP organizes these kind of fest so that young minds can learn the social issues and act according to the need of the hour.

This winter; shared warmth of SAMVEDNA with children of Madhyanand Orphanage - Samvedna committee members visited orphanage on 23rd November 2015. We shared lunch and had good time with children. Donated warm clothes (Jacket, sweater, cap, etc) contributed by PGP students of CIMP.
"An opportunity to colour imagination"
A drawing competiton was organised by SAMVEDNA for children of 'Beautiful Mind'.
"Beautiful Mind" is a project for development of society through educating children from slums around the city to improve their future.
"An attempt to mitigate desolation"
A visit to Madhyanand Orphanage on 21st August, 2015 - organised by SAMVEDNA Team (A social marketing club at CIMP)
Moments were mutually relished through singing, dancing, and playing.
Apart from these, necessary stuffs like mosquito net, stationary items, sanitary and first aid kit were donated for children.Collective effort by PGP-1 to make this event successful is laudable.
"Spardha 16" inter college sports meet at CIMP patna comes to an end on 17 jan with cash prizes,certificates and tropies.
