Done with first exam of Organizational Behavior, didn't went good as I was expecting...now 6 more to go and the hoping tomorrow will be my day as its my subject which is "Corporate Finanace", preparation already done feeling very positive about tomorrow's exam.
finally done with my 3 exams. All re gone average and pretty satisfied with my exams .. Now just preparing for my MIS exam .Hope can do better in it from the previous exams. The worst thing is that I haven't give even a single quiz . It will negatively going to effect my TGPA but hope for the best and will try to perform best of mine in these exams....

After finishing the second trimester exam.It's feeling kinda good to be in the third trimester but the one thing tensed us is about the two papers QTM and MAC,which didn't turn out in accordance with our expectation and preparation.I got dizzy feeling when I first caught the glanced of those question papers.God only knows what's the result gonna be,but never mind,be positive,it's not the end of the world.Always keep in mind that we have got a brigt future ahead of us,as we're in the safe hand,under the safe environment of IMS.what we have got to do is to follow the path of our bright future under the guidance our highly competent faculties.Lastly I wish all the best luck in the world for my Fellow mates for third trimester.

A new term a new begining gare up with new format friendzz...
special session for consumer behaviour by our esteem director Dr Urvashi Makkar was really an eye opner for us and it made us more greedy and generated hunger to learn more and more.........thnqq maam..
Well, well my friends it's the first day in our college as we have step down into our third term, feeling awesome and excited as we are coming more closer and closer for our placements. See with in no time we are going for the internship and learn the global and practical exposure that what is corporate world. I am very much nervous but feeling too excited for the same as we are gonna to learn many a things.
WOW...Trip to Jaipur with friendsπ² simply awesome and memorable. Had a great time in past 4 days enjoyed to the fullest, visited some historical monuments like Aamir Fort, Jaigarh,Nahargarh and the most haunting place in India "Bhangarh". Explored lot of things and came to know lot about the rulers of the ancient times.
Rajasthani food, cuture is something which automatically catches your attention, the people over there so humble and kind, it was hard to move out from the place but we have to as there was no other option. It was four memorable day's of masti, enjoyment which came to end on high note.
Now it's time shift our focus to studies, back to the purpose for which we are here as the final term of 1st yr has begin and then we'll be going for our SIP's.π High time for studies...

I was really nervous as I don't have any experience what so ever in giving any type of interview but all in all it was a nice experience and I am a bit satisfied with my performance....

ADVERTISING IS A WASTE OF RESOURCES
I would not agree to this statement totally as in today's business scenario it is very important to be visible. Through advertising one create a presence in the mind of the consumers, it educate them.The message which the company wants to give is best portrayed through advertisements as it is easily understandable. Besides it creates job opportunities.
But spending excessively on advertisements is also not appropriate because it seems exaggerating. Bringing big celebrities for small ads is fooling people as they are not exactly using that particular product.
Most of the times advertisements spend so much of money on flashy videos, images, animation etc without having the need to help consumers realize how economical can the product be.
Advertising, to summarize is acceptable. Although, it does not make sense to spend a lot of time and money by endorsing big celebrities, end of the day, what matters is the product not the ambassador. People, due to curiosity may even try and use the product, however, not for a long time. As long as the consumers are aware of the β¬Εfacts β¬?, advertising is fine.

Such a proud moment for all of us to be part of this journey .....
journey which started with unknown faces all over the campus and with the passage of time, we got to know each other , with some smile and fights and suddenly it became a place of memories , together we achieved more. Competitions where all over to get into corporate world , a race to win , to prove caliber but with sweet memories and dedicated hard work paid... later or sooner. We saw tears, fears , faith and hope, eagerness & anger, days were like killing every day when someone get rejected, but together we stood together, not for ourselves but for them with whom without any promise , we stay in bad & good moments, handled every situation. The day will be soon standing on our doors, when we all say good buy to each other , but with a promise to meet again.
Eyes are filled with tears, literally because, the feeling to get away from them are killing but again a dawn will reach to us but with promise to our self that we will make every second of our life larger.
Again that same moment is going to come sooner, that the day again we all will feel a new life a new place with unknown faces , and starting the life again from A BIG ZERO (0) . But at that time, we all know this fact that no one will be standing for us, when ever we will be needed of someone who can again give us hope and ray of bright light , that shine which makes a difference into our lives. And yes people kind of will be surely there, who will push us into a deep well , so that we can't raise again, "That's called a cut throat competition." No helping hands will be there as of now our parents , friends and faculty are there when ever we need them.
So fellas get your belt tight cause this end of college days, that will not going to come again its last step for most of us as an academic career. And wish to each other a luck and of a good times, that where we will be , be stay in touch so , that those sweet memories could never fade , and those moment will again give us that internal power to stand again in that bitter world, who is waiting for us to slaughter in a moment we got weak.

Yesterday I had my Mock Interview with CRC Team of college and it was good, i came to know that how to face interviewer and their questions with confident and it helped me a lot , now i'm facing much more confident and now i know that i can face interviews with ease ! π
