Hasya Kavi Sammelan" at IMS Ghaziabad
On the occasion to mark Holi on March 6, 2015, IMS Ghaziabad organized Hasya Kavi Sammelan & Holi Milan on March 2, 2015. It is the unique initiative taken by Dr. Urvashi Makkar, Director, and IMS Ghaziabad to ignite the sensitivity of students to take up the challenges of life in light mode. Students presented their creation in the presence of more than 500 audiences which include the faculty and students of IMS Ghaziabad. On the occasion, Dr. Urvashi Makkar emphasized the role of "Hasya Ras" in the life of students who are budding professionals and can be the victim of cut throat competition. She addressed the audience that it is our choice whether to face the problem and come up with the solution or run away from the situation and have an escapism approach in life. On this occasion 25 students presented their poems and got full applaud from the audience.
Special Guest Lecture on "Hoover Dam Project of USA" on March 10,2015 by Dr Sarvesh Swarup , Formerly Deputy Director General,Ministry of Commerce and Industry,Govt.of India.
