First year of PGDM 2014-16 at IMS ghaziabad is drawing to a close ......its time we are packing our bags for a summer internship stint with one of the mega corps.
Its been an eventful year since we started off at IMS, full of events both academic and cultural. The learning has been huge, be it attending corporate talk series in the the auditorium or the enthralling class lectures or enjoying 'Raah-giri' in the streets of delhi. Its been nothing short of a sumptuous journey.
Now it is time to get the real taste of the corporate world. The students being placed into mega corps like ITC , Outlook, NSBT, Amul, Grasim, ICICI Securities , etc. All excited to make it big in their summer internships and bring laurels to the institute.

Raahgiri, a weekly street event has been organized at Connaught Place, New Delhi on every Sunday morning from 6 am to 9 am . PGDM students of IMS Ghaziabad with the opportunity to reclaim their energies connected with Raahgiri and celebrated their Sunday morning with the city full of exuberant liveliness and enthusiasm. Through this dynamic, fun-filled event, the message of the importance of a healthy and fit mind and body has been transmitted among students and encouraged them to step out and take their health into their own hands. Each arena of CP was filled to capacity with people cheering, dancing and working out to different music beats. There were also many other impromptu Roadplays, badminton battles, jam sessions, and impressive performances, cycling races which made the occasion epicenter of life and activity.
IMS Ghaziabad, is organizing MDP on "Entrepreneurship: Learning and Implementation" on May 16, 2015. The programme aims at highlighting the basics of Entrepreneurship, understanding the challenges, problems and issues faced by entrepreneurs who start new ventures
The program will be conducted by senior and respected industry practitioners with vast practical and hands-on experience in the field of Entrepreneurship. Delivery would be through a balanced mix of real world cases to discuss various aspects of entrepreneurship; simulation/ role playing to gain a better understanding of how an entrepreneurial firm can be managed.
