PGDM Students visited Coca-Cola Plant
IMS Ghaziabad always believes in Industry Exposure through direct interaction of PGDM students by visiting the industrial set-up. Students of PGDM 2014-16 batch got the esteemed opportunity to have an Industrial visit to renowned organization - Coca Cola India Ltd on 27th August 2015. The Coca-Cola Company has 24 bottling plants at strategic locations in various states spread across India. Coca- Cola - Dasna Plant is the largest operative plant in Asia. CRC Members Mr. Rohit Sehgal and Ms. Nidhi Agrawal accompanied the students to the bottling plant. Students took a keen interest to understand the various aspects of the operations. They were briefed on topics as collection, testing, storage, packaging and distribution of beverages. It was an interactive session with the Coca-Cola dignitaries to satisfy the quest of young minds. The full day of industrial visit was a combo offer for students with knowledge and recreation.

Finance Club
Finance Club nurtures and enhances the fin quotient of the students and fosters an environment that encourages a culture of continuous learning and application of the same. The club has been formed with an objective of sharing knowledge and information about the financial sector and bringing about active participation. It is the most popular forum of knowledge sharing in finance, beyond the realms of classroom; it includes workshops, guest lectures, games, and quizzes.
The club organizes a number of events such as Business Quiz, Role Play Competition , Money Magic, IPO watch, Apna Sapna Money Money etc. In addition to these the students also organize "FINNACLE " - The Finance Fest.
Marketing Club (Precipice)
The marketing Club of IMS was constituted with the objective to provide avenues to our budding managers for exploring and discovering their hidden potential. It is a platform for unleashing their creativity and innovation through organization of various competitive events based on current marketing scenario prevailing in India & world wide. Till date, various events like MarkT Vyom (Marketing Quiz Competition) MarkT Aaknti ( Bill-Board Designing Competition on the Theme "Protect Girl child "), AD-diction ( Unlimited Innovations) , MarkT Sangram (The Ultimate Marketing Enigma), MarkT Kala have been organized by this club. Marketing Club IMS also organizes an Annual Inter-Institute Marketing Festival, MarkT Fest which is a blend of diverse events. In these events, the students not only participate wholeheartedly but also learn the intricacies of marketing concepts, which enable them to hone their organizing and marketing skills.
Besides this, Marketing Club IMS runs a regular Wall Magazines, MarkT Zine, which displays current articles regarding the happenings in the field of Marketing & Advertising.
Saksham:The HR Club Evidence of excellence
In an endeavor to achieve excellence, Saksham the HR Club constantly organizes innovative and meaningful event, that delivers experiment based learning activities built around cquiring knowledge as well as having fun and adventure. Our HR fest is specially designed for preparing the students to achieve excellence in their professional careers. It organizes workshops, guest lectures, games, and quizzes.
Till date, various competitive events were organized by Saksham; the HR club. Some of them are Juggernauts, Whizkid, Synergims 2010, Aaron 2011. They comprised of many sub events like Creative Punch (to enhance and assess the creativity level of the students), Sangathan, Team it up (a competitive game to develop the team sprit), Abhiney (a situation based role play), theme based documentary film and many other events. Saksham also runs an annual e - magazine of HR, named; "COMPETENCE" which is completely handled by Core Committees and Editorial Committee of HR students under the guidance and supervision of faculty in charge. The students of different streams are encouraged to contribute in this magazine.
Aayam Operation Club
It is a platform for enthusiasts to nurture and enhance their theoretical foundations and application in the field of Strategy and Operations Management. This Operation Club of IMS Ghaziabad has been formed with an objective of sharing knowledge and information in the areas of Systems and Operations.
Members are updated on the latest trends and developments in these fields by regular club meetings. Key activities of the club include various strategic games related to Operations and Systems (Quizzes, SCM and Strategic Games etc.), Workshop , Guest lectures, Individual and Group Projects in the field of Strategy, system & operations and Industrial visits.

We are pleased to inform you that IMS Ghaziabad is supporting the World Culture Festival 2016 (WCF-2016). The Art of Living will be celebrating 35 years of service to humanity in 2016. To commemorate this momentous occasion, 'World Culture Festival' is being organized on the 11th, 12th and 13th of March 2016 in New Delhi, India.
Showcasing the rich cultural traditions of dance, music, the arts, from around the world as well as Yoga, the Festival hopes to foster a deeper understanding between people of different faiths, nationalities and backgrounds. The festival is being supported by Ministry of Culture, Govt of India, Sangeet Natak Akademi and National School of Drama.The mega musical event will be performed on all the three days. It will be a Symphony and Percussion of six pieces and will be a Guinness Book Record attempt. In this regard, we propose to you to select students, parents of students, staff and teachers who are musicians and play non-electronic instruments. Picture Perfect 2 - a video making competition
IMS Ghaziabad proudly presents "Picture Perfect 2 - a video making competition" for its PGDM 2014-16 & 2015-17 students. SMART (Social Media And Related Techies) - an online promotional committee of IMS Ghaziabad has come up with another season of Picture Perfect.
Picture Perfect 2 is an online competition to inspire, engage and empower the PGDM Students to participate in social transformation movement through the impactful medium of short videos. The competition provides a platform to make 3- 5 minute short video revolving around social causes. A team consists of 3-5 students can make an impactful video with their mobile handset and publish it on official you tube channel of IMS Ghaziabad. The winning criteria would be likes on the respective entry by the students.
Winners of Picture Perfect 2 will be awarded with cash prize of 10,000 and certificates of appreciation and participation. In 2014, this competition has emerged as the one of the inspiring transformational movement with innovative ideas from PGDM students.
