i think this will be my last post to this thread . after the list i feel it wouldn't be wise to keep hope(WL-72) and i am leaving the SITM seat also(mech. engg. etc. does not suit me ). so i think i will start my preparation for next year.. unless something un-natural happens in CET....

frm what i heard, we can get our own if we feel like it...but ppl prefer buyin one after goin there..cause they order in bulk, which leads to massive discounts!!! so totally up to u..:-D

I am posting here after the dust of the 1st waitinglist has settled down.My congratulations to those who have converted the call and all the best to people who are still waiting.I must admit this the the number of people who hav been cleared in the 1st waiting list is less than what I expected.Which also means that I hav done a gud job this year in convincing people to join SIIB . As already hav been told, the waitlist cleared till wl36 in open category, wl4 in industry sponsored and wl1 in NRI category.Looking frwrd to see all of u in campus....

Okay so u stumbled across this just like that or u had an idea abt it beforehand? Well the chairman of NUS was in the Symbiosis Infotech Campus in December and last heard the Symbiosis Society had signed sum agreement with the NUS. now SIIB must hav been part of this agreement...SIIB is the only college in the Symbi family to hav active links wid the foreign universities....u all by now must be knowing abt our student and faculty exchange program wid Bremen and Oakland University.So now what is the entire event is like will hav to be confirmed.Rest assured it will be done pretty soon and u wud be told abt the entire exercise.tc
