Could any one please tell something about the kind of profiles offered to students at siib. Are they any diffrent form the ones offered to students of general mba programmes if yes then in what capacity.
I have a typical IT profile.. some ppl tell me that its better to do a general management course.. rather than going for a specialised one. Well.. have screwd up cat big time so symbi is my only hope..
Would it be beneficial for me to go for an International business course... Pls comment.
PS-- how do u suggest i prepare for pi for siib.. i know about nothing about eco n stuff to say the least.. and stocks and shares to me is greek n latin.. what all topics shld i read .. n where to find those.. F1!!F1!!

Anusmriti-- alumni meet of SIIB has finally taken place on 5th jan this year..
wwhata wonderful event...
40 alumni came that day out 90 of 96-98 batch.
30 couldn't come because they were abroad..
so overall 40 on 60 great number...
we felt glad to see our alumni working at top postions in comapnies like Idea,Accenture,JPMC,3M,ABN Amro,IFlex,HDFC,HSBC etc.......
we had blast that evening..
gud cultural events by us..
we took them to the to their wonderful times of '98 through series of nostalgic movies...
overall a great event....

Can our campus be quite in such a festive season? We had a blast on Lohri, had a dance party where guys/gals danced to the tunes of punjabi, hindi and english songs until midnight.

The campus these days is one battlefield where SIIB, SCMHRD and SCIT are competing across various disciplines like Football, cricket, Table tennis, Basketball, chess, volleyball etc to grab the top spot in individual sports as wel as the overall champions. The prize distribution is on 25th Jan with director, SIIB being the chief guest:smile:.
