Life@TES

Life at The Entrepreneurship School is full of new ideas, exciting ventures, fund raising, business growth and everything about start-up life. When you step into TES you would see program participants engaged in their product development, discussions about venture valuation, customer interactions, prototype refinement, closing their first ever sales deal, and planning for the next phase of their start-up. We invite program aspirants to live few hours of this life with us at TES. Do let us know when you would want to come - Saturdays are best!

We would be glad to share some of the success stories from TES so that you know more about how we help program participants.

Siddhartha joined The Entrepreneurship School (TES) to pursue the Postgraduate Entrepreneurship Program (PEP). Before joining PEP he had 1 year stint as Marketing Head in an online Medicine Delivery Start-up called Mera Medicare.

"The one year spent at Mera Medicare was phenomenal. Previously I led AIESEC, Delhi and I always wanted to have my own business. TES was the only school which was offering immersive program in entrepreneurship therefore, it was an easy choice for me."

He was excited about building a workplace solution for start-ups - a coffee house which could double up as an office space, where people could work as well as have fun. He discussed his idea with TES Mentors, who guided Siddhartha shape up his idea in a more concrete form as a co-working space.

At the TES KYC Marathon, Siddhartha validated the opportunity and worked on the concept of co-working spaces, a hot emerging opportunity and conceptualised INNOCUBE which is now known as DESKOPAD, his start up. At his launch party, Siddhartha met a few customers when he realised the need for aggregating vacant desks at all co-working spaces.

The TES Team worked with Siddhartha to define the product, helped him acquire his initial customers and within 6 months of joining the PEP, Siddhartha found his first paying customer.

In the words of Siddhartha,

"I had the passion and dream of becoming an entrepreneur but needed the skill-set, mindset and courage to take the leap. PEP gave me tools of design thinking, start-up marketing, operations and entrepreneurial mindset. I learned these from a start-up practitioner's point of view. I am more confident now on launching any business venture and doing business deals. TES Faculty also taught me to believe in myself."

Siddhartha is at advanced stage of closing his angel investment with a TES Networked Investor.
